SharePoint2010 - Event ID 5555 User Profile Service error的解决方案

SharePoint2010中，在troubleshoot时发现有User Profile Service的错误，event viewer里显示event ID 5555, 并且error发生时在每天的6:10AM左右.

具体错误信息如下：

Failure trying to synch web application xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxx, ContentDB xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx Exception message was Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.UserProfileApplicationNotAvailableException: No User Profile Application available to service the request. Contact your farm administrator.

at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_ApplicationProperties()

at Microsoft.Office.Server.Administration.UserProfileApplicationProxy.get_PerfmonInstanceHandle()

at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.ContentDBSynchronizer..ctor(ELogType logType, SPContentDatabase cdb, SPJobState jobState)

at Microsoft.Office.Server.UserProfiles.WSSProfileSyncJob.Execute()

经过排查主要是因为当前job与另外其他job同时执行产生冲突所致。解决此问题很简单，修改job trigger的时间即可。

步骤如下：

1. 到Central Administration-> Monitoring；

2. 点击Review Job Definitions, 到下一页面点击Timer Service Recycle；

3. 修改start time 和no later than时间为6:30PM；

4. 点击OK保存。

5. 第二天检查Event Viewer，没有Event ID 5555错误，问题解决。
