ImportError: cannot import name 'rcParams' from 'matplotlib' (unknown location)

這個問題很難說什麼原因。我在cmd中pip uninstall matplotlib想重裝都不行。
後來參考了 《關於不同python的兼容問題導致的ImportError: cannot import name ‘xxxx’》，就去anaconda安裝的位置，搜索matplotlib，刪除了2個matplotlib版本壓縮包，2個對應的解壓後的文件。
然後去 《非官方python windows擴展包》這個網站下載了 matplotlib-3.2.1-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl，pip install 以後就不出錯了。
