IDEA創建Maven的web工程 和 SpringMVC與Web整合的web.xml默認配置

1、當我們使用IDEA創建Maven的Web應用時，生成的web.xml是下面這個版本，這個版本親測不支持EL表達式

2、EL表達式是從Web2.5開始支持的，可以使用以前創建好的web.xml文件直接來替換web.xml

3、下面這個文件內容中包含一些和SpringMVC的配置相關的內容。
