Omni錢包版本更新測試鏈---以及正式鏈

Binding RPC on address ::1 port 18332 failed.

0.8.1更新版本後，需要新增的配置爲：
rpcbind=ip:端口

但是我在這次更新中 使用了rpcbind這個參數，報了Binding RPC on address ::1 port 18332 failed. 這個錯誤，使得rpc無法正常調用，經過查詢資料發現，I had to add [test] section in file bitcoin.conf because is mandatory for testnet

rpcallowip=0.0.0.0/0
datacarriersize=80
logtimestamps=1
omnidebug=tally
omnidebug=packets
omnidebug=pending

[test]
rpcbind=127.0.0.1

配置方法。然後就能正常調用了：

正式鏈配置：
在github上已經明確說明:
需要在配置文件上添加rpcbind這一項參數。
rpcbind=IP:端口

詳細配置：
rpcport=端口
rpcbind=IP:端口
rpcallowid=IP

啓動了之後仍然報錯誤的話就要看dbbug這個文件的詳細內容了。
