win10安裝pytorch-geometric （PYG）包----親測可用

pytorch安裝參考：win10安裝CUDA9.0+CUDANN+Anaconda3+PYTORCH1.x

win10下安裝錯誤：

$ pip install --verbose --no-cache-dir torch-scatter
$ pip install --verbose --no-cache-dir torch-sparse
$ pip install --verbose --no-cache-dir torch-cluster
$ pip install --verbose --no-cache-dir torch-spline-conv (optional)
$ pip install torch-geometric

報錯如下：

error: command 'C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0\\VC\\BIN\\x86_amd64\\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2

正確安裝方法：

'${CUDA}'=cpu, cu92, cu100, cu101
'torch-{}.html'==1.1.0, 1.3.0, 1.4.0
pip install torch-scatter==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.4.0.html
pip install torch-sparse==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.4.0.html
pip install torch-cluster==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.4.0.html
pip install torch-spline-conv==latest+${CUDA} -f https://pytorch-geometric.com/whl/torch-1.4.0.html
pip install torch-geometric

測試：

import torch_geometric
from torch_geometric.nn import GCN
