Eclipse中編輯xml的editor的templates模板就可以快速插入一段代碼

1)       在eclipse中安裝spring tool suite插件，方便編輯xml配置文件

2)       例如：編輯web.xml時，輸入conte，然後按alt+/，列表中選擇#contextloaderlistener然後回車

3)       設置其它xml的editor的templates模板
