To request a printed certificate, you are required to log onto your CertView Profile and confirm your personal or office mailing address.
We request you to follow below steps to submit the online request form:
- Log in to CertView with your SSO user name [email protected]
- On a new tab of the same web browser copy and paste bellow URLs . You will be prompted to confirm the address:

Once your personal or office address is confirmed by you in CertView profile, a printed certificate of Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Associate, Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert and Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional will be sent via standard shipping to your personal or business address confirmed by you and you will receive the same within 4-6 weeks from the request date.

上面三個地址，分別是申請sql、oca、ocp證書的入口（如果只是部分證書沒有收到，那麼只需要訪問未收到的證書對應的URL）。
3. 分別確認三個頁面中的地址和聯繫電話是否正確（其中Address，Address2，Address3合起來即爲自己的地址），如果不正確，請直接在頁面中進行修改。下圖是SQL證書的申請界面，OCA以及OCP證書的申請界面也基本是一樣的。
確認地址和聯繫電話無誤後，在“I confirm that my mailing address above ...”後面打鉤，然後點擊最下面的“Submit”按鈕，即可提交請求。
4. 當你提交請求一段時間後，將會收到Oracle的確認郵件。
三個證書將在你提交請求後4到6周內郵寄到你提供的收件地址。
