有一個項目需要yarn start啓動，但是建議先升級一下yarn

方案

網上我查到2中解決方案，使用的第二種成功解決

方案一

設置淘寶鏡像

yarn config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

方案二

全局安裝yarn

npm install yarn -g
