高速數據記錄儀的應用場景
隨着自動駕駛、信息娛樂及大數據等各種技術在汽車上面的應用越來越普遍，在汽車電子開發和測試過程中，高速數據存儲的需求場合也越來越多，以下是一些典型的應用場合：
- 自動駕駛系統測試的測試驗證，存儲來自於攝像頭、雷達和激光雷達等大量數據；
- 信息娛樂系統的測試驗證；
- 車輛大量傳感器的原始數據記錄；
- 車內主幹網絡、子域網絡的通信數據記錄；
- 收集交通場景等
這些應用都需要對汽車電子系統內部或之間傳輸的高速數據進行獲取及存儲，並且這些數據量都很大；本文着重介紹，應用於以上應用場合的高速數據記錄儀；
ViGEM高速數據記錄儀的功能

高速數據記錄系統框架
進行數據記錄前，用戶把一個移動硬盤插入到數據記錄儀CCA Data Logger；
數據記錄過程中，數據記錄儀把從汽車總線或電子系統中的數據寫入到移動硬盤中；
數據記錄完成後，用戶把移動硬盤從記錄儀中拔出，插入到CCA Copy Station中，進而數據被傳送到服務器或者其他存儲器中；
高速數據記錄儀型號
根據高速數據記錄儀的存儲速度不同，有如下幾種型號可供選擇：
1，Data Loggers CCA 9002 / CCA 9003
- 高達6.4 Gbit/s的數據存儲速度
- 移動硬盤最大可達16 TB存儲容量
- 連續或者觸發記錄攝像頭、雷達和激光雷達以及其他車載總線原始數據，數據記錄無縫並且未經壓縮；
- 記錄過程中可根據特殊情況進行標記
- 堅固耐用，可擴展接口卡；
- 適用於快速原型車輛及測試車輛等；
2，Data Logger CCA 9010
- 高達25 Gbit/s的數據存儲速度
- 通過級聯CCA 9010數據存儲速度可達到75 Gbit/s
- 移動硬盤最大可達64 TB
- 可無縫外接接口模塊，支持 CAN-FD, FlexRay, LVDS, 1000Base-T1.
- 連續或者觸發記錄車輛總線數據和以太網數據，數據記錄無縫並且未經壓縮
- 記錄過程中可根據特殊情況進行標記
- 堅固耐用，可擴展接口卡；
- 適用於快速原型車輛及測試車輛等
Copy Station 型號
1，CCA CS1
Copy Station for CCA 9002 and CCA 9003
The Copy Station CCA CS1 synchronizes the content of a CCA 9002/9003 removable data storage with up to 10 Gbit/s to other media (NAS, server etc). The connections of the Copy Station are developed and implemented project-specifically.
Stand-alone operation. Simple operation (plug & copy).
2，CCA CS10
HIGH-SPEED: Up to 50 Gbit/s synchronization speed
The Copy Station CCA CS10 synchronizes the content of a CCA 9010 removable memory with up to 50 Gbit/s to other media (NAS, server etc). The connections of the Copy Station are developed and implemented project-specifically.
Stand-alone operation. Simple operation (plug & copy).

PC-Software und Plugins and GUI
ViGEM provides a variety of PC software and plugins. For example the ViGEM software suite CCA Tools for an easy identification of CCA data loggers and CCA Copy Stations in the network (CCA Finder) and the conversion of recorded data (CCA Converter). You can find the PC software and plugins with info texts in the ViGEM Downloads Center of the protected ViGEM customer portal.
Via web browser you can configure and operate all CCA data loggers and CCA Copy Stations easily from any PC, tablet or smartphone - without the prior installation of drivers or tools. The user interface is intuitive to use.
