无法启动orabbix查看orabbix.log提示oralce：IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

启动后orabbix日志提示：

Error on Configurator for database testdb -->IO Error: The Network Adapter could not establish the connection

This Database testdb removed

ERROR on main - Connections is empty

有以下可能原因：

1.检查orabbix配置文件中配置的url字符串地址，看是否能ping通，数据库SID是否正确。

2.被监控主机上数据库监听服务未启动。我遇到了这个问题，困扰了一周。

3.被监控主机设置了数据库连接限制。检查sqlnet.ora文件。
