什麼是about:config
about: config是Firefox的設置頁面，about:config爲Firefox提供了不少高級設置選項在這裏以便讓你可以更加詳細地控制 Firefox的運行方式。官方不推薦用戶手工修改about:config的設置。所以，如果你對於你想修改的內容不是非常確定的話，請不要去改變 about:config。）
1.在firefox的地址欄上輸入about:config回車
2.找到browser.cache.check_doc_frequency選項，雙擊將3改成1保存即可。
那麼這個選項每個值都是什麼含義的。請看下面的解釋：
0: Once per session 每個進程一次 每次啓動Firefox時檢查
1: Each time 【開發人員強烈建議開這個】每次訪問此頁時檢查
2: Never
3: When appropriate/automatically
FireFox瀏覽器的about:config參數大全及其具體用途介紹，注意：這還遠不是所有的about：config參數，由於設置參數太多，官方也只提供英文版本的說明，這裏提供的FireFox about:config配置參數並不完整，希望大家一起完善。
這裏提供一份FireFox 的about:config的設置列表，這份列表包括了儘可能多的 Mozilla FireFox 設置參數。雖然它並不完整，但它可以說是目前互聯網上最全面的一份參數說明了。此列表適用於 Mozilla Suite, Mozilla FireFox,Mozilla Firebird, Mozilla Thunderbird或其派生的產品及相關擴展。如果沒有找到您需要的參數，您還可以到MozillaZine站的英文版About:config entries (http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config_Entries)中尋找。
注意：所有使用到 FOO 或者 BAR 的地方都是通配符。使用數字或文本替換它(具體用什麼取決於上下文環境)，Mozilla 將只列出匹配此模式的選項。
about:config 中的配置條目非常多，我們把它按照字母順序分割爲若干小塊。比如，凡是以字母 a 開頭的項均列入到A頁中，以此類推。
目前，about:config 說明還不完善，期待你的翻譯和改進。
