- 配置web.xml

context:component-scan標籤定義掃描包的基路徑（base-package）。
base-package下的類只要使用了註解@Controller，就會被掃描到並加入SpringMVC的IoC容器。
Spring是SpringMVC的父容器，Spring中的bean在SpringMVC中可以看到，但SpringMVC中的bean在Spring中是看不到的。
三. 在控制層定義一個測試類
- 測試類定義

這裏Model 接口用於向View層傳遞參數。
