Backup EXEC虛擬化備份失敗

問題描述

Backup Exec 備份VMware虛擬化環境時，任務會偶發性出現異常無法成功。報錯信息參考如下：

最終錯誤: 0xe00095a7 - 由於 vCenter 或 ESX Server 報告虛擬機的配置無效，操作失敗。
最終出錯類別: 資源出錯79-536832601

問題分析

• 通過VMware檢查發現虛擬機會有一個報錯：
  
• 檢查Backup Exec Support給出如下解決方案：
  V-79-57344-38311 - VMware Backups via AVVI agent fails with 0xe00095a7 - The operation failed because the virtual center or ESX server reported that the virtual machine’s configuration is invalid.

問題解決

方案1：重啓VMware Tools服務（治標不治本，我原來解決方案就是此方法。）

方案2：卸載VMware Tools服務中，[Filesystem Sync Driver]與[Volume Shadow Copy Services]組件 （好像在我本次環境中也不行，以前其他客戶是可以的）

方案3：重裝新版本VMware Tools並啓用VSS。參考官方鏈接：
