Backup EXEC虚拟化备份失败

问题描述

Backup Exec 备份VMware虚拟化环境时，任务会偶发性出现异常无法成功。报错信息参考如下：

最终错误: 0xe00095a7 - 由于 vCenter 或 ESX Server 报告虚拟机的配置无效，操作失败。
最终出错类别: 资源出错79-536832601

问题分析

• 通过VMware检查发现虚拟机会有一个报错：
  
• 检查Backup Exec Support给出如下解决方案：
  V-79-57344-38311 - VMware Backups via AVVI agent fails with 0xe00095a7 - The operation failed because the virtual center or ESX server reported that the virtual machine’s configuration is invalid.

问题解决

方案1：重启VMware Tools服务（治标不治本，我原来解决方案就是此方法。）

方案2：卸载VMware Tools服务中，[Filesystem Sync Driver]与[Volume Shadow Copy Services]组件 （好像在我本次环境中也不行，以前其他客户是可以的）

方案3：重装新版本VMware Tools并启用VSS。参考官方链接：
