winserver2008中powershell.exe程序佔用cpu，cup使用率100%問題解決辦法：

• 找到powershell.exe位置C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe
• 修改各個用戶的可執行權限（去掉所有用戶的可執行權限）右鍵屬性--安全
• 然後去任務管理器中關掉所有powershell.exe進程，這樣就不會再有了。
