我用的是 http://www.webxml.com.cn/WebServices/WeatherWebService.asmx 這個web服務，挺簡單的，
用興趣的同學可以先到 看看http://www.webxml.com.cn/WebServices/WeatherWebService.asmx這個網站，
然後添加一個web引用
