PHPStorm连接MySql时提示错误：java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value ‘xx time’ is unrecognized

解决方案：

1.找到MySQL的配置文件，my.ini或者my.cnf，一般在MySQL的安装目录下面；

   然后为default time zone赋值，如下图，保存后，重启MySQL, PHPStorm就可以成功连接了；
