Mysql性能排查—主機資源排查方法

 

 

 

當 mysql數據庫主機服務器 遇到資源性能問題時的 一般排查方法:

從CPU 、IO 、內存三個方面排查問題:

如下:

 


mysql版本:5.6.34



--mysql運行一個數據量大sql 排序且無索引。  因爲是無索引的大量數據 會造成IO和內存壓力大,還有無索引的排序  會造成CPU很高

--查看會話可以看出有sql在做排序操作  Creating sort index,  可以排查出來。  下面是從系統資源方面的查看

--1、查看cpu  用top工具  查看mysqld的cpu(%CPU)、IO(%wa)、內存(%MEM)都有點高

--2、查看下整體IO情況  用iostat 查看r/s+w/s爲IOPS 是500多、rkB/s+wkB/s是每秒的讀寫(kb) 也很大  、%util 是IO的使用率也不低

--3、用pidstat 綜合查看 CPU、內存、IO的具體進程 mysqld的都高

--4、用perf工具可以具體的看出 哪個函數佔用cpu高,這裏爲mysqld的row_search_for_mysql(查找記錄函數)和filesort(排序函數  說明有sql在做排序操作) 。
注:mysqld的buf_calc_page_new_checksum 函數是對page頭的前四個字節checksum重新計算,耗時耗力
