通過配置避免模糊查詢 Like

某些SQL 語句使用 like 關鍵字，導致不會使用索引，此時查詢效率低。

Siebel OOTB的BC UP可以避免使用模糊查詢,感覺這個很有用。

Name： Disable Automatic Trailing Wildcard Field List
Value：字段名字，逗號分隔
也可以在組件級別關掉。
