该参数可以对设备全局参数进行配置

进入特殊模式

可执行的命令
RA(config-if)#description 注释 为端口注释
RA(config-if)#duplex full/half/auto(默认) 全双工传输/半双工传输/默认
RA(config-if)#speed auto/10/100 速率为自动/10m/100m
RA(config-if)#no shutdown 激活端口（最重要）
