将project->build automaticlly勾去掉

在clean->下方的Start a build immediately 去掉（这样，clean的时候就不会接着build了）

在window->preferences->Install/Update->Automatic Updates (去掉里面的Automatically find new updates and notify me)

在eclipse.ini配置文件里加入-clean
