網上會搜到很多方法，大部分都是修改hosts文件
但是ip好像隔一段時間就會換掉，導致一些教程會有時效性
根據其他教程來修改hosts文件ip的話，首先需要自己去查ip
1、查ip地址https://www.ipaddress.com/
2、配置hosts文件
文件位置：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
140.82.114.6 api.github.com
199.232.68.133 avatars0.githubusercontent.com
199.232.68.133 avatars1.githubusercontent.com
199.232.68.133 avatars2.githubusercontent.com
199.232.68.133 avatars3.githubusercontent.com

*上面ip會有時效性，2020.08.14測試可用
*保存時可能會提示權限問題，要以管理員身份運行
*圖片大部分都是在avatars[0-9].githubusercontent.com裏面，如果上面這些還有未加載出的圖片或鏈接報錯，可通過第一步查ip自行添加
