《Let It Go》是迪士尼動畫工作室2013年動畫作品《冰雪奇緣》中的主題曲，由羅伯特洛佩茲和克里斯汀·安徒生-洛佩茲作曲作詞。在電影冰雪奇緣中，伊迪娜門澤爾爲女主角艾莎配音並配唱，而收錄於《冰雪奇緣》官方音樂帶裏是迪斯尼歌手黛米洛瓦託版的《Let It Go》。
2014年3月2日晚，《Let It Go》獲得第86屆奧斯卡最佳原創歌曲獎，第57屆格萊美獎最佳影視歌曲獎。

2014年1月，《冰雪奇緣》片方發佈中文主題曲《隨它吧》MV，邀得演唱者姚貝娜傾情演繹。在這支MV中，姚貝娜身着盛裝，化身高貴冷豔的冰雪女王，手指觸及之處一切都被冰封，法力無邊。她獨自徘徊，唱出了《隨它吧》的精髓所在——勇敢起來、做回自己，而這也正是《冰雪奇緣》所要表達的電影主題之一。
社會影響
2014年1月31日起，在全美上映卡拉OK版《冰雪奇緣》，讓觀衆可以在影院中自由唱起主題曲《Let It Go》。3月2日晚，第86屆奧斯卡頒獎典禮在好萊塢杜比劇院舉行，《冰雪奇緣》獲最佳動畫長片獎，該片主題曲《Let It Go》奪得第86屆奧斯卡最佳原創歌曲獎。影片中艾莎的配音演員伊迪娜在現場演唱了此曲。《Let It Go》在《冰雪奇緣》熱映的同時也引發了全球翻唱熱潮，《Let It Go》多國版本於網上得到極大迴響，又一證明迪士尼的文化元素不分種族，不分國藉，相互交融。
