You own shares of a company that are currently trading at $30 a share. Your technical analysis of the shares indicates a support level of $27.50. That is, if the price of the shares is going down, it is more likely to stay above this level rather than fall below it. If the price does fall below this level, however, you believe that the price may continue to decline. You have no immediate intent to sell the
shares but are concerned about the possibility of a huge loss if the share price declines below the support level. Which of the following types of orders couldyou place to most appropriately address your concern?
A Short sell order.
B Good- till- cancelled stop sell order.
C Good- till- cancelled stop buy order
隨便打開一個證券交易軟件，在對某支股票進行交易的時候，你會發現除了可以選擇交易的證券數量，還可以選擇交易的指令。最常見的就是市價單（market order），按當前市場上的價格買賣這隻股票，優點是執行的速度很快，缺點嘛，鬼知道你會花多少錢買到這隻股票。那麼如果說你對這支股票的價格是有心理預期的，你覺得現在的股價太低，你不捨得賣，或者股價過高你不捨得買，那麼你就可以設置一個限價單（limit order），把買賣價格設置到你的心理預期位置，市價達到這一位置時就會自動成交。當然它的缺點很明顯，你想讓它漲，它就跌，你想讓它跌，它就漲那麼這樣的限價單很有可能永遠都成交不了。
這是從價格方面進行的限制，當然也可以從交易量及指令期限兩個角度進行限制，當你在下單的時候，交易軟件會提醒你這個指令是當個交易日有效還是一直有效，限定當日成交的被稱爲（day order），訂單一直有效地被稱爲（good till cancelled order）。我們也常說天不遂人願，特別像資本市場風雲詭譎，你想最低點買最高點拋哪有那麼容易啊，我們只能退而求其次，找一種次優的辦法來解決這個問題。什麼呢？當股價漲超某一點位時你買進，當股價跌破某一點位時你賣出，這樣就避免了我們前面講的限價單存在的問題，限價單把價格限死在一個價位上，如果漲的或跌的過快很有可能就無法成交，而止損單它只是設置了一個區間，高於某一點位時或低於某一點位，這就是我們常說的止損單（stop- loss orders）。
但是止損單還是有一個問題的，只要價格超過某一點你就可以買，那如果成交時價格已經漲了 10%了，你還要買嗎？這個時候你可能就要掂量掂量了，那麼怎麼考慮呢？我們把限價單和止損單結合在一起就好了，比如我們想買蔚來汽車的股票，它現在的價格是 1.8 美元，你擔心它真的漲起來你 hold 不住，你就設股價超過 2 塊錢的時候買入，但是我們知道蔚來汽車目前資金鍊是
有很大問題的，股價很難突破 2.5 美元，那麼你還要再設一個上限，股價如果向上突破 2.3 元那指令自動失效，不再購買蔚來汽車的股票。這是最常考的一類指令。
