01、婚姻
中國人稱結婚爲終身大事，因爲中國人的家族觀念很重，認爲齊家是治國的根本。中國古人不斷告訴讀書人，要想替國家做事，必須先把家庭治理好。中國人不僅把婚姻看成一男一女的結合，還把它當作社會的基礎，是很莊重的事，一點也不能馬虎。舊式的中國婚姻，並不是自己選擇對象，而是由家長做主，還需要媒人的介紹。到了現代，婚姻由自己做主，但是仍要徵求家長同意。

02、中醫
中醫(Traditional Chinese Medicine )有五千多年的歷史，是中國古代勞動人民幾千年來對抗疾病的經驗總結。中醫將人體看成是氣、形、神的統一體，以“望、聞(auscultation and olfaction)、問、切”爲其獨特的診斷過程。中醫使用中藥、鍼灸(acupuncture)以及許多其他治療手段，使人體達到陰陽調和。陰陽和五行是中醫的理論基礎。五行是自然界中的五種基本物質，即金、木、水、火、土。

黃梅戲(Huangmei Opera)源於湖北省黃梅縣的採茶歌曲，連同京劇、越劇 (Yue Opera)、評劇(Ping Opera)和豫劇(Yu Opera)是中國的五大戲曲。它最初是以一種簡單的載歌載舞的戲劇形式出現的。後來，隨着飽受洪水災害的災民，黃梅戲傳到了安徽省安慶市。它吸收了徽劇和當地歌舞的元素，發展到了今天的形式。黃梅戲以一種淸新的風格反映了普通居民的生活，受到了羣衆的喜愛。
