Continuous refinement and continuous practice improve my teaching .
After so many years of teaching English, it's necessary for me to strengthen my teaching theory . My teaching theory is really my weakness.
Since January in 2020 ,I have made a great effort to learn and study teaching theory and teaching methodology. I have spent nearly half a year learning 《新課標》， which enlightens me a lot.
With the guidance of the theory, I have a better understanding of the textbook. I'm more clear about the purposes of class activities. What's more, I have a better understanding of organizing a class activity with a clear purpose.
And thus I'm better prepared for my lessons and students. By doing this I am feeling more confident in myself in teaching when facing the students.
This is what I'm trying to achieve. Probably I will not be better than others, but I try my hard to be a better myself than the past me.
All that matters is knowing what you want and going after it.
I wish I had a different life. I wish I was braver prettier ……or just happy.
Since I was refused to go on teaching Senior Two , and the boss had the final saying, I had to accept the fact , facing the reality.
Why not live a meaningful life?
Why not live up to what I want? Why not.
Then why not live my own life? Why not try to do what I want to do? Why not make your life better?
