Researchers have developed a new electric vehicle (EV) battery that has a range of 250 miles and can be charged in just 10 minutes.

According to a report, which was published today (January 19) in the journal Nature Energy the key to long-life and rapid recharging is the battery's ability to quickly heat up to 140 degrees Fahrenheit, and then cool down when the battery is not working.
