電影《肖申克的救贖》是部心理勵志劇，也是一面鏡子，使我們從無形的監獄中救贖出來，亦如錢鍾書《圍城》一樣耐人回味。
隔壁老王久在職場，臨近退休，先行休假。開始時無報無會無文無應酬，倒也逍遙自在，老王依舊生物鐘堅持早起午休晚睡。
不過七日，老王己按捺不住體制內行爲，每日打電話詢問工作，通過微信圈掌握單位狀況，有一晚返回辦公室還梳理了工作安排。
老王總結休假收穫：提高了生活自理能力，拖地摘菜做飯洗碗……洗衣機、微波爐、電烤箱、煤氣竈……買菜買電買氣買藥……
老王脫離了文山會海，也沒有了祕書助手，衣食住行醫娛皆自行動手解決，這沒有集體統一思想行爲的生活讓老王舉棋不定。
長久的體制內生活，會讓人思想行爲高度體制化，如籠中金絲雀、如溫水青蛙，離不開體制，體制無形中如"監獄”。
有人說，體制內要如狗，忠誠於食物；體制外要如狼，拼咬於獵物。老王想，他要變成一隻狼狗，體制內外遊刃有餘進退自如。
願老王此次休假礪練成功，從此成爲逍遙遊的鯤鵬。
