Step 1 Lead in

答:小組合作是一種“自主、合作和探究"的學習方式，體現 了學生的主體地位。符合新時代的教育觀念。所以，我在 授課過程中也運用了小組合作。在鞏固環節，我讓學生四 人一組編對話。我覺得，課堂中的小組合作很有必要，理 由如下:
首先，它能夠培養學生的團隊精神，提高學生的合作意 識。
其次，學生在交流與互動的過程中，能夠更加了解同伴， 增進友誼。共同成長，共同進步。
最後，有效、合理的小組合作能夠提高課堂效率，提高學 生英語學習的積極性。
總之，我認爲小組合作很有必要。

答:板書設計是課堂教學中不可缺少的一部分。關於板書設 計的作用，我有以下看法:
能夠啓發學生，幫助學生思考。好的板書具有邏輯清晰， 佈局合理的特點，所以，它能夠啓迪思維。
能夠幫助學生快速回顧今天所學知識。好的板書會突出本 節課的重難點，加深學生對今天所學知識的印象，起到鞏 固作用。
能夠促進學生良好的書寫習慣的形成。好的板書具有美 觀、書寫規範的特點，它能夠給學生美的享受，讓學生在 潛移默化中形成良好的書寫習慣。
以上是我對板書設計的作用的一些看法。
