Day98

I used to have no sleep problem at all.

Tired as I  was, I can easily fall asleep as long as I get in bed.

But those a few days, I had encountered a serious problem that it took me longer to truly fall into sleep, at least 40 minutes.

Also, unwillingness to get up was one of shame that I did not willing to speak of.

I hope you have a good sleep at night.
