“和寫代碼無關但是是技術一號位必須做的事情” 非常牴觸。","attrs":{}},{"type":"text","marks":[{"type":"strong","attrs":{}}],"text":"這種牴觸情緒發生的時候,leader再強調Ownership也都沒有太多效果,因爲不是他不負責任,而是他沒有意識到,這是他應該負責的事情。當他的心態和認知轉變以後,一些原來看起來不怎麼負責的人會變得負責(不排除有人本身就是不負責的人,那麼這樣的人不是良好的技術一號位的候選人,主管要有識別能力)。","attrs":{}}]},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null}},{"type":"paragraph","attrs":{"indent":0,"number":0,"align":null,"origin":null},"content":[{"type":"text","text":"作爲業務開發同學,一定要仔細認清辨別自己實質上是不是一個業務的技術一號位,而不用考慮自己的P級,不用管自己是不是業務其他參與者的leader。當你意識到自己是這個業務的技術一號位的時候,就要迅速切換角色,從原來自己給自己的定位 “寫代碼的、搞技術的” 轉變爲 “某個業務的技術一號位”,開始進入角色,發揮出你的價值。這也是很多研發同學通過做業務能迅速成長的原因,拋開技術上的成長之外,他比其他研發同學接觸了很多 “做事情需要思考併爲之行動”
