Respect is not a gift but an outcome.
They do not think that they are superior or ahead of others, no matter who they are in front of them, no matter how old they are, no matter what they do, respect is like a fixture for them without focusing on their appearance or anything.
It is never an act of them to see themselves as high by comparison to others and even to expect service and respect from others.
They first only respect the other person with no profit, so the result adorns them with respect in the end.
