Python请求-无连接适配器 - Python Requests - No connection adapters

问题：

I'm using the Requests: HTTP for Humans library and I got this weird error and I don't know what is mean. 我正在使用“ 请求：用于人类的HTTP”库，但出现了这个奇怪的错误，我不知道这是什么意思。
