當思考集中於一點時，力量就產生了，這一點就是你的目的。爲了利用思考的力量，我要給我的人生找一個目的啊，我的目的是什麼呢？心裏浮現四個字：“美好花園”，這是一座心靈花園，心靈進出這座花園之後會感受到生命的美好，併發生持久的改變。
爲什麼這座花園那麼神奇呢？因爲它的土壤來源於潛意識的能量，來源於創造這個宇宙的無限能量。

每天都去想這座心靈花園，不管白天和黑夜，直到形成習慣，植入到潛意識，讓潛意識的土壤讓這座心靈花園裏的心花怒放。

建造美好花園的過程是重複不斷的思考 > 越來越清晰的圖景 > 越來越堅定的信念 > 越來越強大的自信 > 越來越持久的耐心 > 越來越勇敢的勇氣 > 越來越聚焦的注意力 > 越來越強烈的渴望 > 越來越無限的資源。
