AR 的原因,也因此會有不同的效果要求。比如是以科技的噱頭吸引用戶?還是以互動娛樂的趣味交互來轉化用戶?還是要像得物 App 或者宜家這樣無限接近於真實商品,幫助用戶做交易決策?我們不是爲了做 AR 而做 AR 技術能力,才能選擇合適的供應商。在這個過程中,我也充分掌握了國內外各個企業的 AR 能力差異,以及可以投入在哪些應用場景中。得知各項成本後,需要衡量項目的 AR 爲例來說,當鞋類 AR 的 MVP 版本上線後,根據市場數據來定量計算商業指標的提升情況(包含GMV、收藏率、成交轉化率等),也會定性收集用戶反饋、市場好評情況等。在驗證效果後才能推進後續的規劃,比如 AR 的能力模式需要更豐富,不止是試穿,也有其他的玩法,比如 AR
