MacbookPro Homebrew 使用清華大學鏡像

系統更新到macOS Monterey 12.1

Homebrew 不能用了. 跟系統更新可能無關, 早就連不上 github,只是一直懶得搞.

藉機換個國內的鏡像吧,搞來搞去煩了.
