韩国新任保守派总统尹锡烈周一表示，绥靖朝鲜的时代已经结束，首尔和平壤之间的任何新谈判都必须由朝鲜领导人金正恩发起。
Yoon 在两周前上任以来的首次媒体采访中专门接受 CNN 采访时说：“我认为球在金主席的球场上——与我们开始对话是他的选择。”
朝鲜今年迄今已进行了 15 次导弹试验——比过去两年的总和还多——上个月，金正恩发誓要以“尽可能高的”速度“加强和发展”其核力量。
