使用git clone https://github.com/xxx.git的時候，出現錯誤：
gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated，
需要取消github 代理設置，重新clone後即可正常。
git config --global --unset https.https://github.com.proxy
git config --global --unset http.https://github.com.proxy
