家中突然到訪周總大姑父，周總負責廚房前半場，我負責後半場，營造我做飯的場景，這很不像我的風格，但爲了避免婆婆知道周總在家幹活，她不高興後，說我好喫懶做的閒話，索性炒了幾個菜。
平時家務，我做的比周總多。我認同男女平等，誰有空誰做。
隔壁鄰居回來了，兒子有玩伴了。
和黃鶴討論換房，我想要四室一廳，留一個大書房，但我不願意揹負房貸，無債一身輕。
今日感悟:
1.生活是自己的，情緒穩定是開心快樂的前提。
2.感謝浪矢雜貨鋪的點評“能拖則拖，當機立斷”，我現在就拖吧。每日有機會就學習，當下隨機應變。
3.有餘額就是安心。情緒不穩定時看看，穩定情緒；不想努力時看看，增加動力。
4.把一件事一直做下去會怎樣。我缺乏一直做一件事的耐性，當即改善。
