家中突然到访周总大姑父，周总负责厨房前半场，我负责后半场，营造我做饭的场景，这很不像我的风格，但为了避免婆婆知道周总在家干活，她不高兴后，说我好吃懒做的闲话，索性炒了几个菜。
平时家务，我做的比周总多。我认同男女平等，谁有空谁做。
隔壁邻居回来了，儿子有玩伴了。
和黄鹤讨论换房，我想要四室一厅，留一个大书房，但我不愿意揹负房贷，无债一身轻。
今日感悟:
1.生活是自己的，情绪稳定是开心快乐的前提。
2.感谢浪矢杂货铺的点评“能拖则拖，当机立断”，我现在就拖吧。每日有机会就学习，当下随机应变。
3.有余额就是安心。情绪不稳定时看看，稳定情绪；不想努力时看看，增加动力。
4.把一件事一直做下去会怎样。我缺乏一直做一件事的耐性，当即改善。
