  • 安裝目錄:/app/clickhouse
  • 鏡像:yandex/clickhouse-server:20.6.8.5
  • 版本: v20.6.8.5

默認配置文件: config.xml, users.xml

      mkdir ./work
      docker run -it --rm --entrypoint=/bin/bash -v ./work:/work --privileged=true --user=root yandex/clickhouse-server:20.6.8.5
      cp -r /etc/clickhouse-server/* /work
      exit

  2. ./work/config.xml
    • <?xml version="1.0"?>
      <!--
        NOTE: User and query level settings are set up in "users.xml" file.
        If you have accidentially specified user-level settings here, server won't start.
        You can either move the settings to the right place inside "users.xml" file
         or add <skip_check_for_incorrect_settings>1</skip_check_for_incorrect_settings> here.

               The constraint is checked on query execution time.
               If a query tries to allocate memory and the current memory usage plus allocation is greater
                than specified threshold, exception will be thrown.

               It is not practical to set this constraint to small values like just a few gigabytes,
                because memory allocator will keep this amount of memory in caches and the server will deny service of queries.

                       Example: <password>qwerty</password>.
                       Password could be empty.

                       If you want to specify SHA256, place it in 'password_sha256_hex' element.

                       If you want to specify double SHA1, place it in 'password_double_sha1_hex' element.

                       Execute: PASSWORD=$(base64 < /dev/urandom | head -c8); echo "$PASSWORD"; echo -n "$PASSWORD" | sha1sum | tr -d '-' | xxd -r -p | sha1sum | tr -d '-'

                       Each element of list has one of the following forms:
                       <ip> IP-address or network mask. Examples: 213.180.204.3 or 10.0.0.1/8 or 10.0.0.1/255.255.255.0
                           2a02:6b8::3 or 2a02:6b8::3/64 or 2a02:6b8::3/ffff:ffff:ffff:ffff::.
                       <host> Hostname. Example: server01.yandex.ru.
                           To check access, DNS query is performed, and all received addresses compared to peer address.
                       <host_regexp> Regular expression for host names. Example, ^server\d\d-\d\d-\d.yandex.ru$
                           To check access, DNS PTR query is performed for peer address and then regexp is applied.
                           Then, for result of PTR query, another DNS query is performed and all received addresses compared to peer address.
                           Strongly recommended that regexp is ends with $
                       All results of DNS requests are cached till server restart.

  1. 添加集羣配置文件:metrika.xml (單機版)

    • <?xml version="1.0"?>
      <yandex>
          <!-- clickhouse_remote_servers -->
          <clickhouse_remote_servers>
          </clickhouse_remote_servers>

          <!-- ZK  -->
          <zookeeper-servers>
          </zookeeper-servers>

          <networks>
              <ip>0.0.0.0/0</ip>
          </networks>

          <!-- clickhouse_compression  -->
          <clickhouse_compression>
              <case>
                  <min_part_size>10000000000</min_part_size>
                  <min_part_size_ratio>0.01</min_part_size_ratio>
                  <method>lz4</method>
              </case>
          </clickhouse_compression>

      </yandex>

  2. 添加自定義的配置文件:config.d/docker_related_config.xml(日誌配置,端口配置,prometheus 配置,集羣設置(移除))

    • <yandex>
          <!-- 日誌 -->
          <logger>
              <level>error</level>
              <log>/var/log/clickhouse-server/clickhouse-server.log</log>
              <errorlog>/var/log/clickhouse-server/clickhouse-server.err.log</errorlog>
              <size>1000M</size>
              <count>10</count>
          </logger>
          <!--由 JDBC、ODBC 和 Web 界面使用。-->
          <http_port>8123</http_port>
          <!-- 本機協議端口 -->
          <tcp_port>9000</tcp_port>
          <!-- MySQL 仿真端口 -->
          <mysql_port>9004</mysql_port>
          <listen_host>0.0.0.0</listen_host>
          <!-- 時區 -->
          <!-- <timezone>Asia/Shanghai</timezone> -->
          <!-- prometheus -->
          <prometheus>
              <endpoint>/metrics</endpoint>
              <port>9363</port>
              <metrics>true</metrics>
              <events>true</events>
              <asynchronous_metrics>true</asynchronous_metrics>
              <status_info>true</status_info>
          </prometheus>
          <!-- 用戶配置 -->
          <users_config>users.xml</users_config>
          <!--集羣設置-->
          <include_from>/etc/clickhouse-server/metrika.xml</include_from>
          <remote_servers incl="clickhouse_remote_servers" replace="replace"></remote_servers>
      </yandex>

  3. 添加自定義配置 users.d/docker_related_config.xml 配置,賬號 default 密碼 devops666 ,啓用權限控制

    • <yandex>
          <users replace="replace">
              <default>
                  <password>devops666</password>
                  <networks incl="networks" replace="replace">
                      <ip>::/0</ip>
                  </networks>
                  <profile>default</profile>
                  <quota>default</quota>
                  <access_management>1</access_management>
              </default>
          </users>
      </yandex>

Asia/Shanghai

  • 運行 compose.yml 構建: docker compose up -d

    • version: '3'
      services:
        clickhouse-server:
          container_name: db_clickhouse_20_6
          image: yandex/clickhouse-server:20.6.8.5
          restart: always
          ulimits:
            nofile:
              soft: 262144
              hard: 262144
          environment:
            - TZ=Asia/Shanghai
            - ports=8123,9363
          ports:
            - 8123:8123
            - 9363:9363
          volumes:
            - ./data:/var/lib/clickhouse
            - ./logs:/var/log/clickhouse-server
            - ./config:/etc/clickhouse-server
