原创 【JetBrains】Can’t Open Local Terminal / Failed to start cmd.exe解決方法
原本用的OK的pycharm在windows的更新之後開始報錯 根據搜到的方法，切換git的sh.exe、重啓等方法均無效，思考應該是windows更新的問題 後來在 stackoverflow 高贊回答發現應該是控制檯的問題 解決方法：
