eclipse ADT插件安裝碰到的錯誤

下午換了臺機器，重新給eclipse裝上ADT插件，過程中碰到幾個錯誤記錄下。

1、help -> Install New Software
   輸入地址https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/eclipse/，發現根本無法安裝
   無奈從官方下載zip插件安裝。具體安裝步驟查看下面鏈接
   http://developer.android.com/sdk/eclipse-adt.html#installing
2、安裝完後，下載更新包，log中出現下面錯誤信息
Failed to fetch URL https://dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list.xml, reason: File not found
   在Google group http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=21359
中找到解決辦法
   host綁定：
   74.125.237.1 dl-ssl.google.com
3、使用SDK Manager升級tools時有報出了下面這樣的錯誤

-= warning! =- A folder failed to be renamed or moved. On Windows this typically means that a program Is using that Folder (for example Windows Explorer or your anti-virus software.) Please momentarily deactivate your anti-virus software. Please also close any running programs that may be accessing the directory 'D:\Install\Programming\android-sdk-working-dir\android-sdk_r04-windows\android-sdk-windows\too!s'. When ready, press YES to try again.

使用Process Explorer查看發現是SDK Manager自己啓動的java進程鎖住了tools目錄，然而又報出目錄被鎖的錯誤。
解決辦法就是把tools目錄複製到另一個目錄下然後雙擊android.bat啓動SDK Manager，這樣就不會鎖住tools目錄了。

完了後，更新妥妥的。
