struts线上报错There is no Action mapped for action name format. - [unknown location]

首页要做重定向，

public String index() {

          return "index";
  }

.struts2.dispatcher.Dispatcher - Exception occurred during processing request: There is no Action mapped for action name format.
There is no Action mapped for action name format. - [unknown location]

解决方法是根据git diff找到代码修改，将result改为global-result试一下

        <global-results>
            <result name="index" type="redirect">your url address, better with https on head</result>
        </global-results>

本地启动无错误，然后在线上tomcat启动，又出错，还是同样的错误！到底咋回事？
直接问搜索引擎吧，其实我们真的不该用struts了，直接spring MVC搞定多好。

可是仍然无果

最终发现了，公司的系统在war包发布并启动后，会自动检查首页url，因为redirect的响应是http 302，而公司的系统检查如果不是200，则发布失败！坑爹。
