實現一個最簡單的客戶端和服務端的通信程序

服務器程序工作
1.初始化 Winsock庫
2.創建監聽套接字(socket()函數)
3.填寫要綁定的本地地址結構(bind()函數)
4.給監聽套接字綁定本地IP地址
5.開始監聽(listen()函數)
6.循環執行 調用accept()函數接收客戶端連接請求,如果accept()函數返回成功.則調用send()函數向客戶端發送數據或者調用recv()函數從客戶端接收數據

客戶端程序工作
1.初始化 Winsock庫
2.創建通信套接字(socket()函數)
3.填寫要連接的服務器的地址結構
4.與服務器建立連接(connect()函數)
5.調用recv()函數接收服務器數據,send()函數發送數據給服務器
