高精度計時器

GetTickCount()只能到ms,要到ns級的話等用QueryPerformance系列

如:
    LARGE_INTEGER fre,begin,end;
    QueryPerformanceFrequency(&fre);
    QueryPerformanceCounter(&begin);
    QueryPerformanceCounter(&end);
