Letters:
- 商業信件中稱呼語後要用冒號
- 要在收信人姓前使用 Mr./Ms./Dr./Professor 等稱謂
- 如果收信人爲女士,使用Ms.比Miss或Mrs.更爲恰當
- 如果收信人是你熟悉的人,可用名來稱呼他或她
- 給你熟悉的人寫私人信件,可直接稱呼其名,並在後面加逗號
