At first, download Eclipse C++ from Eclipse.com,
then download Xcode,
Config your Eclipse C++ Eclipse -> Preferences -> New CDT Project Wizard -> Toolchains: see the "Mac OS X GCC ", or you can new a project and choose
"Mac OS X GCC " for the toolchain.
