STP 4 - MST 和 PVST 對比 （側重MST）

802.1w = Rapid STP (uplinkFast & backbonefast 的功能被嵌入了，相當於自動生效）

802.1s = PVST/PVST+ (per VLAN spanning-tree)

兩者都用VLAN來區分不同生成樹進程

• PVST中每個VLAN是一個進程
• MST自定義進程

MST路徑選擇與PVST方法相同

更改MST根橋選擇

• 手動更改BID優先級 - spanning-tree mst 【instance id】priority  (lower the better)
• 直接定義爲根橋 - spanning-tree mst 【instance id】root 【primary/secondary】

驗證

- sh spanning-tree mst 【instance id】

- sh spanning-tree root

定義MST域 (define the region = name & revision & VLAN association table)

1. 進入mst配置模式 - spanning-tree mst configuration
2. 配置域名 - name 【region name】
3. 配置版本號 - revision 【rev-num】
4. 配置進程相關VLAN - instance 【ins-id】 vlan 【vlan ids/range】
5. 開啓MST - spanning-tree mode mst
6. 或者開啓root - spanning-tree mst 【ins-id】root 【primary/secondary】

驗證：

- sh spanning-tree mst configuration

- sh spanning-tree mst 【ins-id】

強行與鄰居交換機重新建立鄰居關係（拓撲改動時）

- clear spanning-tree detected-protocols 【interface interface-id】

注：VTP ver3.0可以幫助MST在vtp域裏配置mst，這樣在switch較多的情況下可以使用

（VTP3.0 support MST  database   propagation  separate from the vlan databse)
