功能介紹
RTC = real time clock，電子時鐘來記錄現在的時間。該指令可以顯示當前時刻，可以調整電腦硬件時鐘。

基本使用
我linux版本里沒有安裝， 在試圖安裝程序包時出現問題，也無法解決。
只好先擱置在此,還希望大牛們指點一二
xbitmaps (安裝成功）==》xviewg (不成功）==>xview-clients (不成功）
